Should We Ridicule Alien Technology Claims? Are They Related to Wars?

"Wait for the weekend to go off the deep end."

Many or most people may have been indoctrinated to believe that UFOs or aliens are a fringe belief that shouldn't be treated seriously, and I certainly admit there's an enormous amount of irrational beliefs surrounding the subject and obviously false information about it; but there are also a lot of legitimate unsolved mysteries that may be directly or indirectly related to the subject, and if there is something to it, it has already had an enormous impact on us all, and will continue to do so even if we don't take the subject seriously.

One claim that many people that don't keep up with UFO research, however reliable or unreliable, is that one way or another aliens have shared technology with our government and some of the most powerful corporations, and a large portion of this is for military use, but, if true, it's far more important than most people realize. This would mean that at a minimum aliens are impacting our technological development in a tacit manner, by letting our government and major corporations reverse engineer this technology, including a lot that is being used in wars based on lies. Or, as other theories indicate, they might be directly consulting about the sharing of technology for undisclosed reasons. But, even if it's just reverse engineering it would still mean aliens are giving tacit approval for it's use, since there might be rare occasions where they might crash or lose their technology, but tehy wouldn't do this on a large scale unless it was intentional, not to mention the fact that they almost certainly have the means to retrieve most, if not all technology that crashes assuming they're here, and have had crashes, as many claim.

Now, of course, as I've consistently said, a large portion of reporting about UFOs is seriously flawed and many of the people discussing it often seem irrational, so it may seem easy to dismiss this as irrational fringe beliefs. However, there are also major unsolved mysteries surrounding the subject which contact with aliens may explain, and despite the credibility flaws of many UFO believers, there are more that are much more rational, so it would be inappropriate to completely ruling this out without careful fact checking, and this goes for reports of sharing alien technology which are far more common than those not keeping track of UFO research.

I've gone into this previously in numerous previous articles often explaining major unsolved mysteries which traditional so-called skeptics can't explain, yet tehy pretend they're not important or provide seriously flawed explanations for that raise doubts about their credibility. One of the most conclusive unsolved mysteries I've focused on is megaliths that should have been impossible to more with ancient technology based on experiments to replicate them which I covered in 107 Wonders of the Ancient World. This doesn't have a clear and direct conection to UFOs; however the most compelling explanation I can think of is influence from an unknown advance intelligence of some sort, and if UFOs and aliens have been around for thousands of years there's a strong possibility that they influenced these megaliths. Another major unsolved mystery is Crop Circles which I covered in Why so few arrests for Crop Circles makers? Is there microwave evidence? which explains that these Crop Circles, which often appear after UFO sightings, have blown out nodes which can't be replicated properly, certainly not by the boards skeptics say pranksters use to make them. They attempted to do an experiment to replicate the blown out nodes using microwaves, which was difficult and didn't quite work; but more importantly they had to use lead protection to avoid microwave poisoning, which was risky, and even if it worked there's no way a large number of pranksters could do it without getting caught or getting microwave poisoning.

And of course there's also an incredibly long list of thousands of UFO sightings around the world which have been documented for decades, although traditional media practically never reports on them anymore. I created my own list of what I consider the most important and credible Top Twelve UFO sightings: based on best evidence or potential significance and unlike most researchers, I consider the most compelling case to be the incidents at Fatima Portugal in 1917 to be the strongest evidence of UFOs instead of Roswell, since there were many more witnesses to it than any other UFO report, and the incidents were predicted up to five months ahead of time with the most spectacular incident happening on October 13th, 1917 which was predicted on May 13th 1917, although the prediction wasn't specific, just that unusual events would happen on the 13th of each month for the next five months, which did happen.

I went into this more in UFO Hypothesis Far More Credible Than Catholic Claim of A "Miracle Of The Sun" which explains that this couldn't possibly be a "Miracle of the Sun" as religious people choose to believe, since it was clearly within the atmosphere, and 50,000 witnesses saw the biggest event on October 7th, with some of them in neighboring towns that saw it in the direction of Fatima, showing it couldn't be beyond our atmosphere. Furthermore, it shows there may be a conection between religion and UFOs and, since some of the strange events predicted in May involved very unusual weather phenomena which became more extreme each month, including thunder and lightning on August 13th, which may have been more extreme than the September events, but the strangest weather events happened in October. This raises a major possibility that aliens know how to partly control weather, and may be influencing religion.

I also provided some background on fundamentals of UFO research in quite a few more articles over the years including Is Stanton Friedman working for the CIA to refute reverse engineering claims? which discusses what I call the "Recruit a Group of Crackpots" Hypothesis and how some misinformation might be spread intentionally but that real credible information can be found with careful research, although it may take time; and UFO Hypothesis with rational use of Occam's Razor which explains one possible theory about how aliens might have used the most advanced technology they had available, including Artificial Intelligence, nanotechnology, the most advanced propulsion, robotics and more to get here, since it may not be possible for advanced life to travel long distances between stars.

However, when it comes to alleged sharing of alien technology or reverse engineering the two biggest and most credible sources I know of are Colonel Philip Corso "The Day After Roswell" 1997 and UFOs and the National Security State: The Cover-Up Exposed, 1973-1991 2009 by Richard M. Dolan, although there are many more claims about this subject from many other sources, like David Grusch and Luis Elizondo who came forward after these books were written, which leads me to believe it's not just an isolated claim from one person, and that it's a virtual guarantee that either there's something to it, or there's a bizarre effort to promote this idea even when it's not true, which may be almost as hard to believe as the original claim itself, although until there's conclusive evidence I think both theories should be considered, perhaps even if there's conclusive evidence, since many people won't accept that evidence unless it confirms their own preconceived ideas.

Philip Corso is what I consider the most detailed and credible of all sources saying they were involved with reverse engineering or developing alien technology, but to be honest, even he has credibility problems like all the other alleged whistle-blowers, most, if not all are from the military or defense contractors, that I know of, and there are a lot of people making these claims. Richard Dolan doesn't claim to have first hand knowledge of sharing of alien technology, however he has interviewed or researched a large number of people who do, but, as I said even he hasn't covered them all, and for the most part he seems very credible to me, but he does report on potential credibility problems of his sources, or at least that many of them remain anonymous. This leads me to the conclusion that either there's a massive amount of evidence showing that either these claims are real or there's a massive effort to fake it, either way the military is virtually guaranteed to be involved in covering it up or faking stories.

A large portion of the alleged technology being developed from aliens, directly or not, is for military purposes, but it goes way beyond that including modern computer technology, technology for space travel and satellites, and who knows what else; if there's some truth to this it's probably an enormous amount, if not almost all modern technology developed since World War II, possibly even including technology to conduct weather modification, as indicated they might be able to do in Fatima and a more moderate amount of this research is being done by our government working with the military, the academic world and many corporations as I explained in Forgotten History Exposing The Illusion Of Democracy & Government Reports on Weather Control which includes discussion of mandatory disclosure of fundamental research on weather modification that was required from about 1958, when a law was passed requiring reporting which would be submitted to the President, who would pass it on to Congress then to the public, although it was never widely reported to the majority of the public. This law was revoked by legislation signed by President Lyndon Johnson in 1968, so the report for that year was the last mandatory and comprehensive report.

In the final mandatory report on weather modification, especially in the appendix which few people read, the authors made it clear that due to steady increases in the amount of weather modification experiments there should be stricter disclosure laws, not cancelation of the ones that were already in place. There should be no doubt that weather modification has increased significantly since then and it may not be as fundamental as it was previously, but without disclosure laws we have no way of knowing how advanced it is. Traditional media and the scientific community often ridicule theories about weather modification research like HAARP as conspiracy theories, but without disclosure laws it's difficult if not impossible to sort out the good science and exaggerations. If they really want to debunk the real misinformation they need to tell the truth, and if they do that there's no reason not to restore and strengthen disclosure laws.

Some of the weather modification experiments that were disclosed while they were still mandatory involved experiments in Vietnam during the war that were also intended to help fight the war; could the weather modification experiments be a partial motive for the war? There's an extensive amount of research on the motive for this war with other motives, and those motives almost certainly still apply, but that research shows that those motives were highly irrational and more concerned with economic domination. However, I can't rule out the possibility that in addition to other motives they may have taken advantage of the war to conduct experiments they might not have been able to do otherwise. Furthermore, even though I'm not dismissing other motives for the Vietnam war, they were highly irrational and often based on seriously flawed economic or other ideologies, which is clear when reading the best research on the war.

Another major issue may also be whether or not UFOs have taken an interest in nuclear weapons or other nuclear activities, as many whistle-blowers have claimed, including some that were discussed in Larry King UFOs shut down Nuclear Weapons: Originally aired 12/31/2008 which interviews four whistle-blowers including Bob Salas the best known witness for the Malmstrom Air Force UFO sighting in 1967, which was listed as eleventh in my top twelve UFO incidents, although if it included other supporting evidence about the subject I might have ranked it higher. The Malmstrom UFO incident is the one that was most widely reported, that I know of, but there were many others where witnesses claimed UFOs were monitoring nuclear weapons and even disabling them or, allegedly, in one case starting a count down for a launch which the military was unable to stop, then, just before the launch would have happened it stopped for unexplained reasons, possibly the same intervention by the UFOs that started it in the first place.

Once again, either there's something to this, or there's a bizarre effort by a large number of witnesses, most from the military as is often the case, who are faking these claims, which would also be bizarre and raise questions about why. But if there is something to this what could the aliens or UFOs possibly be planning or why? Some people have claimed they might be interested in preventing nuclear war, which may sound nice, but if that was the case or if they were looking out for the best interests of the human race, there should be no doubt they would communicate honestly, and possibly even provide advice to prevent wars based on lies, instead of allowing their technology to be used in those wars based on lies.

Robert Hastings one of the guests on the Larry King show and author of "UFOs & Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites" 2017, which is now available free online although I've only read the beginning so far, has reported that there are dozens if not much more reports about this going back at least to 1948, if not when our government first developed the bomb years earlier, and claims that there's much more evidence of this than the majority of the public is aware of. If there is something to this our government surely must be considering it and the threat to nuclear annihilation when considering all these wars we keep fighting, yet they fight them anyway, almost all initiated by our government, although they routinely claim otherwise. The most recent ones against Iran and Venezuela are among the most obvious, and Trump's lies to blame them are incredibly obvious, but the War in Ukraine was also instigated by our government when they supported the 2014 coup, leading to an eight year civil war before Russia invaded, but this invasion wasn't unprovoked, as they tell us, since Ukraine was oppressing it's Russian citizens and terrorizing them for eight years before that.

Obviously it sounds insane for our government to discuss the possibility of stopping nuclear weapons from going off with aliens while they continue to fight one war after another based on lies; but, for one reason or another our government has been doing insane things for decides, so ruling out the insane isn't reasonable. If they did discuss it with aliens, the aliens had to know how foolish it was and unless they had a bizarre undisclosed motive there's little or no chance they would encourage it; but if they don't have a bizarre undisclosed motive, and haven't for centuries, why wouldn't they have communicated long ago. Some evidence, like megaliths, and possible connections to religion, including alleged prophecies indicate they hay have had a bizarre undisclosed motive all along that doesn't involve our best interest at all.

If there was, or is, an unknown advanced intelligence known as "God," whether it was actually aliens or anything else, and "God" actually was as benevolent as religious people choose to believe, would he inspire multiple religions and either arrange for them to fight against each other repeatedly over the centuries, or at a minimum, remain silent while various religions fight against each other, instead of at least trying to communicate in an honest manner to advise them to get along better?

And don't try to tell me mystical revelations like those attributed to Joan of Arc, Moses, Jesus, Mohammad, Andrew Jackson Davis, Edgar Cayce and hundreds more are the most honest way "God" could communicate. The Bible repeatedly says that "With God all things are possible," which may not be quite true, but there's no doubt "God," assuming he exists, could communicate in a more honest manner than so-called revelations.

If there was an unknown advanced intelligence known as "God" and he was as benevolent as religious people choose to believe then he would communicate honestly and provide much better advice than the one that allegedly communicates through revelations; which means that if "God" exists he must have a bizarre undisclosed motive that has never been in our best interests. I've made this point repeatedly citing the somewhat famous, at least among atheists, Epicurus God quote:
“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?”

This also means that not only is the version of "God" religious people choose to believe in impossible, but so is the version of a "Messiah!" A Messiah, according to the three Judaeo/Christian/Islam religions is supposedly a divine or anointed leader or Savior sent by "God" who is supposed to bring justice and peace, yet the wars between these three religions have a long history of doing the opposite, and various versions of "Messiahs" seem to provide preferential treatment to those that believe in him at the expense of other religions. For example, many Jews believe that the Messiah will restore Jews to Israel, often by expelling others, which is what Zionists are doing even though they don't believe the Messiah has arrived and some even expect their Messiah to help enslave non-Jews including Arabs and possibly Christians; while Christians believe that Jesus Christ is the Messiah and will convert the Jews, even though Jews have no desire to convert; and while most Muslims accept Jesus as a prophet they don't consider him the Messiah, and may consider Mohammad to be the Messiah, who may allegedly return and save them in a War against Infidels.

How can any Benevolent "God" possibly encourage this or consider it a higher sense of morality? If "God" was benevolent how can there be any doubt that he would advise against these racist beliefs and encourage people to get along without these wars, which could potentially lead to the destruction of the human race, the environment, and life as we know it in a massive Ecocide? Apparently I'm not the only one that considered this; I asked Google AI, which responded by repeating opposing arguments, some obviously flawed, without thinking it through. I posted the full reply below. One of the most common reply is that "God" allows "free will" and doesn't intervene; but that's obviously not true. "God" has provided hundreds of alleged revelations over the centuries, many of them that contradict each other, and even if "God" doesn't control everything he could still communicate honestly and provide good advice, or much better than the advice from any contradictory religion. Besides that, religious people often claim that he does control everything and that it's all part of "God's Plan," which doesn't make sense and routinely allows mass torture and murder of innocents.

The tempting thing to do, which most atheists do, is to simply declare that "God," UFOs or aliens don't exist and ridicule those that disagree with them; however, there's an enormous amount of evidence, as I described above, that there are a lot of unsolved mysteries and there appears to be good evidence to show that UFOs could be aliens or some other form of unknown advanced intelligence.

Furthermore, one way or another, with or without alien help, technology is advancing at an incredibly rapid pace, which I've gone into before, which might support the shared technology theory; but even if it doesn't, our society has shown they can be very intelligent and resourceful, but the power and decision making decisions are in the hands of incredibly greedy and stupid people who are using that technology for insane reasons, including wars based on lies, mass murder genocide, and as I've pointed out on numerous occasions an Ecocide which is already in progress and escalating at a rapid rate, although it's hard to know when it may become irreversible.

The so-called squad ran their campaign in 2018 partly on a study that said that We have 12 years to limit climate change catastrophe, warns UN 10/08/2028; we better hope that we have more time than that, because instead of fighting to bring about these drastic changes, once the squad got into power they began providing propaganda cover for the Democratic Party while they do nothing to make these changes, and eight of those twelve years are gone. Furthermore, as I pointed out repeatedly, it's far easier to prevent future destruction of the environment than it is to repair it after it happens, and we're not even slowing down the destruction of the environment, instead it continues to escalate, and a major part of that escalation are all these wars based on lies. Both the Genocide in Gaza and the War in Iran, along with all other wars based on lies and epidemic exploitation of resources, even when it doesn't even improve the quality of life, is contributing to a much bitter Ecocide, which is escalating.

of course we should stop these wars based on lies and begin reversing the environmental damage immediately whether the theory of sharing alien technology is true or not, but there's no efforts from those in power to do that, and the most effective way to do this is to sort out unsolved mysteries, at least with some of our time. We can't count on this advanced technology to save us, especially if it's not even being disclosed that it might be available, but if it is available and it's disclosed we need to do our best with it, along with conservation and other solutions based on known technology which can already be confirmed.

"They say that I'm crazy but
I'm just looking for clues at the scene of the crime
Life's been totally insane so far."

This may sound insane to many people; but, as I said repeatedly, there are many unsolved mysteries indicating there might be something to it, and I'm not declaring it to be true; I'm just saying we should take the subject seriously and consider multiple theories until we have conclusive evidence to rule at least one out and one in, which is the scientific way even if some so-called scientific skeptics insist on ignoring major unsolved mysteries and ridiculing those that don't. Those acting like that are the real pseudo-scientists or skeptics, not those that carefully check facts, even if we don't come to final conclusions without further evidence. Furthermore, the real insane people are the ones fighting wars based on lies and escalating an ongoing Ecocide despite conclusive evidence on both those issues showing their actions are destructive, even if they create an enormous amount of propaganda to repeat their lies so often they seem true and they try to make those that oppose wars and environmental destruction look crazy or radical as they often call critics of the establishment.

It's also insane to censor efforts to solve problems, even if it challenges people beliefs, which is partly what Google or Blogspot tried to do when they put a warning on two of my previous articles on this subject Was Theodor Herzl A Prophet? If So, What Does it Mean? and Was The Gaza Genocide Predicted By The Bible? so that people that want to read it get a notice saying this post may contain sensitive content that violates "Community Guidelines" and require the reader to click on something saying "I understand and wish to continue." There's a good chance they'll do this again to this post which will mean I may have to post it elsewhere like I did before; if you're concerned about clicking to accept the warning the previous articles are available here Was Theodor Herzl A Prophet? If So, What Does it Mean? and Was The Gaza Genocide Predicted By The Bible? which doesn't always download properly, but you should be able to read at least one of them, and they add additional details to my theories, without inciting violence, instead they encourage rational solutions even if they consider things many people will have a hard time believing.

Furthermore, whether you take this theory seriously or not, I've also written numerous other articles showing the government, political parties and the media know how to rig elections and routinely do so, the most important aspect of this is they simply refuse to provide coverage for candidates that don't serve corporate interests, while providing obsession coverage for those that do, which is why candidates routinely cave on campaign promises and do what their donors want. I understood this back in 2015, and like many other people, I assumed that Trump didn't have a chance since he was such a clown, and those of us saying this should ahve been right. The only reason he won is that the establishment gave him obsession coverage and helped arrange for his opposition to seem even worse. He was never an anti-establishment candidate as he pretended to be, and the establishment set the stage to enable him to win, and he hasn't been as anti-establishment as he pretends to be since, and there should be little doubt that he hasn't making his seemingly insane decisions or comments without the support of the establishment he pretends to oppose since.

I'm not ruling out the possibility that this has been a bizarre massive charade, although it seems highly unlikely they could get away with a "Wag the Dog" conspiracy to fake numerous wars like the movie by that name, but there are definitely a lot of bizarre exaggerations, and they may be faking much more than many of us would suspect.

In the first year of Biden's presidency I posted on Facebook that "Donald Trump was never president! He just played the part on TV! This is not a joke!" I clearly remember a couple replies that are not there anymore, possibly from deleted accounts, one that said, possibly jokingly, that neither was Biden and he only played the part on TV, and whether you take this seriously or not, I think there's way too much truth to this, and that they're arranging for puppets to put on an absurd act. If this is true it would have to be a massive, insane and bizarre theory, and it's hard to imagine any motives big enough to make this seem worthwhile, with the possible exception of the alien contact theory, although if that's true, it would answer some questions, but open up many more questions that would take years if not decades to answer even if we did have partial disclosure.

If God exists is he an absentee landlord who has neglected to teach various religions he inspired not to fight and kill each other? 03/28/2026

The idea that God is an "absentee landlord" who neglects to stop religious conflict is a prominent argument in philosophy and theology, often used to challenge the existence of an all-powerful and all-good deity. This perspective suggests that if a God inspired various faiths, the resulting fragmentation and violence point to either a distant, inactive deity, or the absence of one entirely.

However, theological perspectives offer different interpretations of this "absence."

Arguments for the "Absentee Landlord" Perspective

Divine Hiddenness: Some argue that if God wants to be known, the current lack of clear, uniform guidance—resulting in thousands of conflicting religions—suggests either that God is not communicating, or the divine message is inaccessible.

Apathy or Incompetence: Critics argue that if God is all-knowing and all-powerful, his failure to intervene in religious wars suggests he is either indifferent (apathetic) or powerless (incompetent).

The Problem of Evil: The suffering caused by religious fighting is frequently cited as evidence against a loving God.

Counter-Arguments and Alternative Perspectives

Free Will: Many theologians argue that God does not intervene because he has granted humans free will, allowing them to choose their actions—including the misuse of religion—rather than acting as puppets.

"God Works Through People": Some believe that God intends for human beings to be the agents of peace. From this view, the "absence" of divine intervention is a call for humanity to take responsibility for resolving conflict.

Misinterpretation and Human Corruption: Religious perspectives often argue that God did not inspire religions to fight, but that human corruption, selfishness, and sinful nature distort divine teachings, turning peace-oriented faiths into vehicles for conflict.

Sovereignty and Hidden Purposes: Some theological views suggest that God is not absent, but that his methods and purposes are beyond human comprehension, using even chaotic events to fulfill a broader, long-term plan.

Ultimately, whether God is considered an absentee landlord or a sovereign actor working through human history depends on one's faith, philosophical, and theological framework. Complete article

Why does God do nothing to stop the war? 11/06/2023

If a God exists, it is either incompetent, apathetic, evil, or nonexistent. 01/06/2022

If God exists, the existence of many incomplete and conflicting religions argues against theism 12/18/2025 If a single, all-knowing, all-good God exists and intends to communicate with humanity, then we would expect a clear, coherent, and complete message. Instead, what we observe is the opposite: thousands of religions and denominations, each claiming divine authority, each containing partial truths, moral insights, and spiritual depth, but also contradictions, cultural limitations, and outdated or harmful ideas. The fact that every religion appears historically contingent and morally incomplete suggests that religions are human attempts to understand reality, not finalized revelations from a perfect deity. Appealing to “human free will” or “misinterpretation” does not solve the problem, because an omnipotent God would foresee this confusion and be capable of preventing it without violating free will. If God wants to be known and morally followed, the fragmentation and ambiguity of religious messages counts as evidence against classical theism. At best, it suggests that if a God exists, His message is unfinished or inaccessible. At worst, it suggests that religions are human constructs built around limited truths rather than divine revelation.

Why does God not just stop the war? 10/31/2024 For him, a traditional religious Jew, grappling with the enormity of the Shoah, he had to find a way to deal with God’s seeming absence at Auschwitz. So, Rabbi Berkovits said, the problem lay not with God’s inaction, but with humanity’s. In his book, Faith After the Holocaust, Berkovits wrote: “Since history is man’s responsibility, one would, in fact, expect [God] to hide, to be silent, while man is going about his God-given task. Responsibility requires freedom, but God’s convincing presence would undermine the freedom of human decision. God hides in human responsibility and human freedom.” What Berkovits is saying is that it might be in God’s nature to prevent catastrophe, but it would undermine human nature if God did. In order that people can realise our freedom and our full potential, God has to stand back. It seems that, in almost every generation, Jews are asking why God does not intervene to stop violence. In each generation, we find an answer: God does not intervene, because that’s our job. It’s not that any of these classical sources doubt God’s existence or question God’s presence. They just don’t think it is God’s responsibility to act. It is ours.

Why does God not stop evil? 03/23/2025

Earthquakes, Wars, Holocausts, Disease, and Inhumanity: Why Doesn’t God Intervene? 2005 Whatever the answer to this question, there is another I feel sure about. Could the Lord have prevented these tragedies? The answer is, Yes. The Lord is omnipotent, with all power to control our lives, save us pain, prevent all accidents, drive all planes and cars, feed us, protect us, save us from labor, effort, sickness, even from death, if he will. But he will not.”[2] Obviously, in this article I cannot address each of the above topics individually, but rather I will offer helpful observations to arm the modern Latter-day Saint student with understanding that can then be applied to specific situations of suffering. Briefly stated, the answer to the above concerns is that God does not intervene because in His divine wisdom He knows that such intervention would not be in our best eternal interests and also because if we turn to Him He can and will enable us to overcome all of the negative effects of such sufferings. Now, let us explore and examine a few of the specifics.

Why are Christians always arguing? 01/21/2026 Scripture is clear that God hates discord and fighting among His children (2 Corinthians 12:20; Galatians 5:15; James 3:14, 4:1-3). Philippians 2:3-4 says, “Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” If every believer lived by that rule, arguing would virtually disappear. Any parent frowns upon bickering between siblings, and God is a Father who also frowns on it. However, there are three key words in this question that deserve attention: Christians, always, and arguing. First, the term Christians has been badly misused in recent years. Anyone who celebrates Christmas or who attends church occasionally can claim to be a “Christian.” However, according to Jesus, “Not everyone who calls me ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only those who do the will of my Father in heaven” (Matthew 7:21). Much of the fighting and ugliness we hear about is between people who might go by the name of “Christian” but who are not true followers of Christ. Selfish ambition, pride, and greed can rule within a church full of unbelievers just as in the rest of the world.

What are your thoughts on this dialogue about God from the film The Devil's Advocate? 03/29/2022 He's an absentee landlord! Worship that? Never!

Take Heart! God Works Through Human Conflict. 02/13/2024 What gives me hope is the sovereignty of God. The Lord can and does work in and through human conflict, repurposing even our flaws and failures for his greater plan. Acknowledging God’s sovereignty doesn’t excuse sin or minimize selfishness, of course. But it does give us confidence our hardheadedness won’t thwart God’s mission. We may botch a lot of things in life, but God’s ultimate plan isn’t one of them. Conflict and Collaboration in the Lausanne Movement. I recently read “Conflict and Collaboration,” a thesis from Doug Birdsall, who served as the executive chairman of the Lausanne Movement and provided leadership for the 2010 Congress in Cape Town, where more than 4,000 evangelicals gathered from around the world. (An abridged version of Birdsall’s thesis was published in 2019.) It’s easy to look back at the years leading up to and following the first Lausanne Congress in 1974 with admiration and awe—the leadership of Billy Graham and John Stott, the beauty and power of the Lausanne Covenant, the convening of such a large group of global leaders. Birdsall reminds us that the extraordinary success of Lausanne didn’t happen without conflict, some of it significant.

Have aliens or UFOs interfered with nuclear bombs disabling them or perhaps starting a count down and stopping it before launch? 03/23/2026

Based on testimonies from former U.S. Air Force personnel, researchers, and declassified reports, there are numerous allegations that Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP/UFOs) have interacted with nuclear weapons, including incidents involving their disabling and potential activation.

Malmstrom AFB Incident (1967): Former US Air Force officer Robert Salas claims that a UFO hovered over a Montana nuclear missile base in March 1967, resulting in 10 Minuteman nuclear missiles becoming "no-go" or inoperative. Guards reported a glowing red object before the malfunctions, which occurred while the missiles were heavily shielded against external interference.

Russian ICBM Incident (1982): Investigative journalist George Knapp testified to Congress about Soviet-era documents indicating a UFO incident over a Russian ICBM base, during which UFOs appeared over a base with missiles aimed at the United States. According to reports, the UFO activity caused the launch systems to initiate a countdown, which later stopped before launch, with Russian officials unable to control the system.

Big Sur Missile Test (1964): Former USAF Lt. Robert Jacobs claimed that a UFO shot down a test missile during a mission in California. While he believed it was a UAP, others argued it was the deployment of decoy warheads.

Other Potential Incidents: Reports indicate that UAPs have shown interest in nuclear sites since the 1940s, including "foo fighters" in WWII and later sightings at Hanford and Oak Ridge, and a 1980 incident near the nuclear-armed RAF Bentwaters in England.

Analysis and Interpretations

Concerns About Human Nuclear Use: Some, including former Air Force personnel and consultants, argue that these incidents suggest "benevolent" entities are concerned about human nuclear proliferation.

Official Investigation: The Pentagon's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has received testimony about these events. However, a 2025 Pentagon report claimed the 1967 Malmstrom incident was linked to a classified EMP test rather than extraterrestrials, according to Wikipedia.

Statistical Correlation: Research conducted in 2025 on historical data found a statistically significant correlation between UFO reports and above-ground nuclear tests, suggesting increased UAP activity near nuclear activities.

Limitations

While the testimonials from military personnel are compelling to many, skeptics often attribute these sightings to other factors, such as Soviet-era surveillance, classified U.S. military testing, or atmospheric anomalies. Complete article

Wikipedia: UFO reports and atomic sites By the 1990s, legends had spread of UFOs interfering with a missile test and taking a nuclear missile complex offline. In the 1964 missile test, deployment of then-classified decoy warheads had been mistaken for UFO interference by a witness who was sworn to silence. In 1967, a routine missile complex malfunction happened to coincide with a UFO report. Both anecdotal observations and statistical studies suggest that UFO reports are more common near military or atomic sites. The Air Force conducted a rudimentary spatial analysis in the 1950s that seemed to confirm increased UFO reporting around "technologically interesting" sites. In 2015, French economists provided the first publicly available statistical analysis confirming that, within their dataset of sightings over France, reports of UFO were correlated with atomic sites to a highly significant degree.

Palestine Hijacked: How Zionism Forged An Apartheid State From River to Sea By Thomas Suárez in Book Review by Edward Curtin 12/02/2025

Palestinian terror occurred principally during the uprisings of the late 1920s and late 1930 after years of being institutionally discriminated against and killed for the benefit of the Zionists, and after non-violent resistance – diplomacy, entreaties, strikes, boycotts – proved futile. p.7

Through the decades to come [from the early days of Zionism], from mainstream leaders like David Ben-Gurion and Chaim Weizmann to the fanatical terror gang Lehi, the ideological pronouncements of the settler project were couched in the language of messianism. Zionism was building the final Kingdom, the Biblical Third Temple, a resurrection rising from the ashes of the fabled Second Temple and Solomon’s Temple. Zionism’s battles, its enemies, its conquests, its tragedies, were Biblical, and its establishment of the Israeli state in 1948 was sold as the resumption, the reconstitution, of the Biblical realm. As Ben-Gurion put it, “the Bible is our mandate” to take Palestine. p.14
